Can Alan help? MP holds first advice surgeries of 2102

Alan BeithMP for Berwick upon Tweed Sir Alan Beith starts his 2012 programme of regular surgeries on Friday.

This week's surgery will be held at the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), Tweed Street, Berwick between 2.30 and 3.30pm. If residents have any concerns, they are invited to go along to the surgery and Sir Alan will offer advice and help.

Sir Alan said

"Holding regular surgeries and being available whenever people need me is very important to me. I want people to know that no matter the issue, they can talk to me about it and I will do all I can to help.

"The New Year can be a time for a fresh start but can also be a time when problems become more serious and I hope people will come and see me if they would like my help."

No appointment is needed.

Next week, Sir Alan will be holding his surgery at his Constituency Office, 54 Bondgate Within, Alnwick between 10.30 and 11.30am on Friday 13 January.
